What it costs

Flat rate, one charge per order however much you buy. AED 40 to the UAE, Europe and Asia. AED 70 to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. You see the cost before you pay; nothing is added afterwards.

How long it takes

Delivery usually takes:

UAE — 14–20 working days
Europe and Asia — 14–28 working days
United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand — 14–35 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

When things take longer

Delivery times can extend beyond the estimates above for reasons outside our control, including customs inspections and clearance delays, courier backlogs and capacity limits, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or industrial action, public holidays and peak periods, airspace or shipping-route closures, and armed conflict or civil unrest affecting transit routes.

Where any of these occur, we will keep you updated and do everything we reasonably can to get your order to you, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date and are not liable for delays caused by these events.

Where your order ships from

Our products are made and dispatched by partner manufacturers, so your parcel may arrive from outside your country and items ordered together may arrive separately, in more than one parcel. You are not charged more for this — the flat rate covers your whole order.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rules vary by country and by order value; please check with your local customs office if you are unsure. We cannot refund an order that is refused or abandoned at customs.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email once your parcel is collected. Tracking can take a few days to show movement, particularly on international routes.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully. Once an order is with the courier we cannot change it, and we cannot refund parcels lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
