Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we cannot ship to your address — we will tell you and refund in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already confirmed.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Natural materials vary in colour, grain and finish between pieces, and screens display colour differently, so small variation from the photographs is normal and is not a fault.

Information on this site about materials and their properties is general and for interest. We do not make medical claims, and nothing here is medical advice. If you have a health condition, ask a qualified professional before changing anything.

Age

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to order from us.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or place orders fraudulently. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and will refund it if we do.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory right you have as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the emirate you are registered in have jurisdiction. Where you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections available to you under the law of your own country.
